It is said that the average human will shed 64 liters of tears in their lifetime. “TEAR DROP CHAIR” is made to look like a large droplet of tear, containing 64 liters of water (or, tear). By visualizing this concept, Keita Suzuki of Japanese design firm “Product Design Center” created a product that allows us to realize that our lives consist of numerous events that bring us the happy and sad emotions.
Femme Chair is made of a solid steel frame. 2 elements welded together creating a floor circle and a seat circle. The frame is powdercoated in colors black and oxide red. Any RAL color can be adapted on request. The seat of the chair comes in 3 different colors.

Korean designer Jinil Park has created furniture from simple line sketches, by modelling three-dimensional forms using wire. The ‘Drawing Furniture Series’ was inspired by sketches of furniture pieces and then crafted in to real usable items, while still keeping the original two-dimensional appearance.
